Thank you for your response, but you are leaving your medical treatment of immediate loading and immediate placement on patient’s desire rather than medical science! How can this predicted the case?
if the implant is mobile and you can’t measure stability, how long do you wait before checking the stability and how many times do you check before you proceed with the final construction?
What is your feeling about the X-guide from NobelBiocare? Is the fault margin of the X-guide smaller than your technic?

Do you meassure mobility on all implants you place?
Do you share the information within OsstellConnect and ISQ values with your patients? If so how?
Do you communicate the healing progress with the patient? Do you show the ISQ?

There is no valid scientific evidence that the stability of the implant can predict buccal bone remodeling! So why are you promoting immediate placement, Immediate loading?
How challenging is it to take Osstell ISQ measurements? does it take a lot of additional chair time to record an ISQ?
